You can easily schedule your cleaning either through our website or our dedicated app. If you have a larger space exceeding 2,000 square feet or require custom cleaning services, please reach out to us via email at support@fccleaningservices.com for a personalized quote.

Absolutely! FC Cleaning comes fully equipped with environmentally friendly supplies, including EPA-registered disinfectants and heavy-duty products. Our standard supplies include a vacuum, mop, and natural cleaning products. However, please note that we do not bring certain items such as a ladder or step stool, toilet brush, or pest control products. Should you have any special requests, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment..

Not a problem! FC Cleaning can furnish a Certificate of Insurance for both residential and commercial buildings. Simply send us an email at support@fccleaningservices.com at least 48-72 hours before your appointment along with a sample COI and any specific instructions you may have. Our dedicated team will promptly process your request and provide you with the necessary documentation.

It’s entirely your choice! You can decide whether or not you want to be present during your cleaning session. When scheduling your appointment, you'll have the option to provide us with entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can leave a key in a secure location, there's no requirement for you to be at home. Alternatively, you're welcome to stay while the cleaning takes place. Your comfort is our priority.

However, please ensure you remember your appointments. While we send reminders via email or text, if the cleaner can't access the property based on your entry instructions, or if you're not home as planned, a lock-out fee will apply.

Indeed, we do! Green cleaning is an inclusive upgrade offered upon your request. Simply opt for Green cleaning at checkout or inform us during your booking, and your assigned cleaning professional will arrive equipped with eco-friendly supplies at no additional charge.

Our FC Cleaning deep clean is ideal for spaces that haven't received cleaning in at least three months, require move in/out cleaning, or post-construction cleaning. It encompasses your standard cleaning routine with additional time allocated for detailed tasks such as cleaning inside the fridge, oven, and cabinets, deep cleaning bathrooms, addressing baseboards and radiators, cleaning interior windows, and removing pet hair for households with furry companions!

Our FC Cleaning move in/out cleaning assists in transitioning into or out of your home, offering a fresh start or closure. Comparable to our deep clean package, we thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of your space!

Billing Questions

We currently accommodate credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash. You can easily book online within 60 seconds by clicking here. Our online transactions are facilitated by Stripe, ensuring full security through a 256-bit SSL protocol. Furthermore, we employ a comprehensive extended validation SSL security. Booking with FC Cleaning is both safe and secure, and we stand by this assurance. Any unauthorized charges incurred on your card due to our services will be promptly refunded.

We can accommodate special requests if they are communicated to management before the scheduled appointment. While our cleaners cannot address special requests on-site, they can follow specific instructions upon your request.

You can request a reclean by emailing support@fccleaningservices.com or by calling xxx xxx xxxx, provided the appointment was finished within the last 48 hours. The reclean must be scheduled and carried out within 72 hours of reaching out.

Please inform us of any areas where we didn't meet your expectations. Our customer service team will address your concerns promptly.

You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your scheduled service without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. However, for standard cleanings, appointments not cancelled within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The same fee applies to specialty cleans, such as deep clean or post-construction, if not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking. All standard cleaning appointments are confirmed and charged in full within 3 hours, while deep or custom cleaning appointments are confirmed within 5 hours of the scheduled start time. This fee compensates our cleaners for the reserved time and resources.

For recurring services, it's essential to cancel at least 24 hours before any specific appointment to avoid a fee. You can easily manage your appointments, view past and future bookings, through your FC Cleaning portal at any time.
