3. Booking and Payment
a. Booking Process
- Services can be booked online, by phone, or via email.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or communication from us.
b. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, online payment systems, or other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
- A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
c. Late Payments
- In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.

c. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in areas to be cleaned. We recommend that valuables be stored securely.
6. Liability and Insurance
a. Liability
- Fine Choice Cleaning will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
b. Insurance Coverage
- We carry general liability insurance to cover damages caused by our staff during the provision of services. However, you must notify us of any damages within 24 hours of the service for a claim to be valid.
7. Service Guarantee
a. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
b. Limitations
- Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
